Pipeline for MTX-101
Our lead programs target metabolic pathways implicated in cancer growth, progression, and treatment resistance.
We’re developing the first in clinic small molecule inhibitor of SLC2A5, a fructose transporter hijacked by aggressive cancers like pancreatic, triple negative breast and colorectal. By cutting off this hidden fuel source, our therapy exploits a unique metabolic vulnerability to slow cancer growth, prevent metastasis, enhance existing treatments and bring new hope to patients with few options.
We hope to have approval for Phase I Clinical Trials in 2026, followed by IND filing in late 2026.
